The Revenge Roughstock Company returned to Kenansville, bringing its popular Bulls, Broncs, and Barrels rodeo show to the outdoor venue of The Duplin Event Center. With warm, sunny weather enhancing the experience, the event drew a full house, showcasing riders from across the country competing in bull riding, barrel racing, and bronc riding. Participants ranged from high school students to seasoned professionals, all vying for titles and cash prizes in a points-based competition.

The evening was a blend of adrenaline and entertainment, featuring not only the thrilling rodeo events but also crowd activities led by MC and DJ Kyle Evans. Attendees cheered, danced, and participated in games for a chance to win prizes, while others enjoyed the food trucks, beer garden, and mechanical bull rides. For first-timer Mariah Harker, who traveled from Wilmington, the bull races were a highlight. “It’s my first rodeo, and I wanted to see what it was like. It’s really fun and funny. The bull races have been my favorite because they’re super fast and it’s just like wow,” Harker said.
