Eastern North Carolina is rolling out the red carpet once again as the Pecan Pickling Film Festival returns to Windsor for its second annual event. Running from September 13 through the weekend, this year’s festival will feature workshops, film screenings, and the prestigious Effie Awards ceremony.
Stars like Nakia Dillard from “The Wonder Years,” filmmaker James Jones Jr., and director D’Aja Fulmore are set to lead masterclasses and discussions throughout the weekend. Attendees can reserve seats at Bertie High School for the festival, with tickets required for the Friday night red carpet event.
